Orders usually handle within 1-3 business days from the date orders placed. Your order will arrive approximately 7-14 days.

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-3 days). Email: [email protected] with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience.

If your order has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel this order. You are still able to refund upon arrival.

• You receive an incorrect item
• Your order contains damaged product(s)
• Your order has a printing mistake
• Part of your order is missing from the package

*We won’t take back items because of size issues, so make sure you check the sizing references provided.

*Keep in mind, colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings, we will not take returns for color issues.

*Shipping charges are not refundable and you must contact us for authorization to return. Unauthorized return packages will be refused.
